New spinning classes at Mosaic in Roanoke:
~ Back by popular demand: Drop spindle classes at Mosaic in Roanoke.
Bring only your excitement at learning to make your own yarn and join us
for three weeks of hands on classes to learn all about fibers,
preparation and spinning yarn. This is a three week class and begins
June 2. Held on Sundays from 2-4pm June 2, June 9, and June 23 (skipping
Father’s day). $25 per person and the class is limited to 12 people. Taught by the amazing Kim Parker!
~ Got a wheel but no clue what to do with it? Want to know how to use
your wheel better? Join Mosaic staff for an intensive workshop on
spinning wheel basics and more. May 26th from 3-6 $20 per person. Bring
your wheel, any tools that came with it and some roving to spin. Be
prepared to love your wheel again.
